What is CBD?

What does Broad Spectrum and Full Spectrum mean?
Oils CBD Broad Spectrum (or broad spectrum) are composed solely of crude CBD oil extract and contain mainly CBD, CBDa, CBG, CBN and CBC cannabinoids. The spectrum can be expanded through a process called decarboxylation, which consists of heating at low temperature crude oil in order to make it more bioavailable. This process allows the active components present in oil, such as cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids, to be more easily absorbed by the body. It also transforms some inactive molecules into additional active compounds. Broad Spectrum oils contain 0% THC, ensuring safe and legal use.
Oils CBD Full Spectrum (or full spectrum) contain all the molecules naturally present in hemp. They include not only CBD, but also CBDa, CBV, CBG, CBN, CBC, and terpenes and flavonoids. In order to comply with the legislation in France and the European Union, Full Spectrum oils must contain only one insignificant percentage of THCless than 0.2%, ensuring a safe product while maintaining the synergistic effect of all hemp molecules.

How can I keep my products?
To preserve the quality of your products, store them in a dry place, at room temperature, in a shelter from direct light, and in their well closed original packaging.
Raw products, such as flowers, resins or rock, must follow the same guidelines. It is recommended that they be stored in their hermetically sealed original sachet, or in a glass or metal suitable container, which is also well closed, in order to avoid drying in contact with the air.
Which delivery areas are served?
We deliver your orders with our carrier partners Colissimo and DHL, throughout metropolitan France, Corsica and the DOM-TOM, as well as in the European Union (except Slovakia), Switzerland and the United Kingdom (UK). The usual delivery times are: 2 to 4 days in Europe and 5 to 8 days in the DOM-TOM.
What is the delivery time?
All products available for sale on Wellness Market are in stock. Validated orders are prepared and shipped under 24 to 48 hours After receipt of payment. How do I return items that don't suit me?
You have a period of 14 days maximum from delivery to make a return request, whether for an exchange or a refund.

You will then receive an email within 72 hours maximum confirming acceptance or refusal of your request. If accepted, a link will allow you to print your return label. The transport costs for the return are borne by the customer, except in the case of non-compliant delivery.
Conditions for acceptance of returns
In order for a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met: the request must be complete and sent within 14 days of delivery. Products returned must be completein their original packaging intact, and must not have been used or opened. Any application for a product used or opened cannot be accepted.
